• Providing the website and ensuring a smooth connection setup
• Evaluating system security and stability based on server log files
• Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form
• Performing pre-contractual measures related to our consulting services

3. Legal bases

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure IT operations).

4. Log files

When visiting our website, the hosting provider automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (IP address, date and time, browser type and version).

The data is stored for a maximum of 30 days and evaluated solely to ensure technical operation.

5. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide, including your contact details, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The data will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled or statutory retention obligations no longer apply.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for Baden-Württemberg is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Königstraße 10a, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

8. Processors and recipients

We engage the following processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR to deliver our services:

• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) – transmission of your contact-form data via the Microsoft Graph API (EU-resident tenant). Legal basis: Microsoft Online Services Data Protection Addendum including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) – server and cloud hosting in the Nuremberg/Falkenstein data centres under the Hetzner Data Processing Agreement. No data is transferred outside the EEA.

9. Data protection officer

Given our company size we are not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (§ 38 BDSG). For any data-protection questions, data-subject requests or queries about our processors, please contact privacy@nextgenitsolutions.de.

10. Cookies and local storage

This site uses a single functional cookie (name: NEXT_LOCALE) to remember the language you selected (German or English) across page navigations. Under § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG this cookie does not require consent because it is strictly necessary to deliver the language you explicitly requested.

We do not use any cookies or comparable technologies for marketing, advertising, tracking or audience analytics. Third-party scripts (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar) are not embedded on this site.
